After spending money on a geek business card holder, I had an old 3dfx chipset video card from Intergraph die on me. I noticed it had a slight indentation near the bottom right corner that would be perfect for a key ring. A little drilling and some filing later, I had my very own 3dfx key ring holder.

Unfortunately, I recently snapped it off my keyring, the chip only being able to withstand so much abuse with a hole drilled through it. The circumstances were totally my fault, so this method of making a keyring should be good for the average person who isn't accident prone.
