Jane and I purchased a home this year on June 29, 1999. In September we finally took occupancy and began our exploration of the joys of home ownership!
  • Leaky plumbing
  • Lawn maintenance
  • Scheduled garbage delivery
  • Housecats plummeting through the basement's drop ceiling
Despite this, we've survived, our cats have survived, and I have to say that despite the chores, being your own landlord is the way to go.
