This Height and Weight generator was modelled after an article in
the November 1984 Dragon titled "Realistic vital statistics" by
Stephen Inniss. While the original article was for 1st Edition,
the heights and weights generated should still be appropriate.
I've tweaked his system slightly and will be updating the stats
generated to 2nd edition standards. Also, the total number of
races supported is scant right now; more will be featured in
a later revision of the program.
